Why Access 2 Goals

We get it, because we’ve lived it

Access 2 Goals didn’t start in an office. It started at home, supporting someone we love through the everyday ups and downs of living with disability. We learned what good support looks like, and what it feels like when it’s missing.

That’s the support we set out to give: workers who show up when they say they will, listen first, and help you do the things that matter to you, whether that’s a tennis lesson, a trip to the city or running your own home.

Everyone deserves support from people who actually understand.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Access 2 Goals is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. That means we can support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. You can view our registration on the NDIS Commission website.

How much do your services cost?

Our prices follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits set by the NDIA, so the cost is paid from your NDIS plan. The exact amount depends on the type of support, the time of day and how often you need it. We’ll explain all costs clearly in your service agreement before anything starts. What makes you different from other providers?

Our team has personal, lived experience supporting a family member with disability. We know the NDIS rules, but more importantly we know what the day-to-day really looks like, and we build our support around that.

How soon can I start?

Get in touch and we’ll call you back within 1 business day to talk about what you need and when you’d like to start. We’ll arrange a meeting quickly and get your support underway as soon as your service agreement is in place.

Can my support coordinator contact you for me?

Of course. Support coordinators, plan managers, family members and carers are all welcome to contact us. We’ll always check with you before sharing any of your information.

What if I’m not happy with my support?

Please tell us. We want to know so we can fix it. You can talk to us directly, or make a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544. Raising a concern will never affect the support you receive. Read our complaints and feedback process.
